I can also implement an easy to use content editor with which you can update your web pages. The knowledge required is minimal and no extra software other than a web browser is needed.
Content Seed
You can, optionally, have a content editor added to your site called Content Seed. This editor requires no extra software - it runs in your browser from your website itself.

With Content Seed it's easy to update your web site without having to worry about the design of the site as you will only update the content of the site and leave the actual design and layout alone.

If you're new to web publishing, editing or management you may find Joomla! and Mambo deliver a relevant, and sophisticated solutions to suite your requirements and deliver your site online.
Both systems can deliver a robust enterprise-level Web site, empowered by endless extensibility for your bespoke publishing needs. Moreover, it is often the system of choice for small business or home users who want a professional looking site that's simple to deploy and use.
Some are initially harder than others to understand and learn but once you have the basics, it is easy to maintain and add to your site.
Joomla / Mambo Sites
Wordpress
Wordpress is a blogging tool but is increasingly being utilised as a full content manager for websites. This would suit community-based websites and personal sites that combine with the blogging feature which is 99.5% of Wordpress's aim, but it also allows you to create pages within the site, that are "normal" web pages rather than blog articles.
